We confirm your appointment the day before. We arrive within the scheduled window, do a quick walk-around with you to note anything special, and get to work. For most standard details you don't need to be present the whole time — just there for the start and finish. When we're done, we'll do a walkthrough with you. If anything isn't right, we fix it before we leave. Then you pay and we're out.
